Dispatch software

The system home-services companies use to schedule and route field technicians. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber are the canonical examples.

Dispatch software is the system of record for any home-services business. The technician schedule, the customer history, the parts inventory, the invoicing, all of it lives in the dispatch tool.

For a useful AI agent, that means the dispatch software is the only place worth writing to. An agent that books a job into a shadow calendar is doing make-work; one that books directly into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber is doing the actual job.

The integration depth varies. Some vendors offer a webhook wrapper that gets calls in but cannot read availability or check inventory. A native integration reads the schedule, applies the routing constraints, and updates the technician's queue in real time.

How Vorel does this

Vorel writes natively to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber, booking the job in the system the crew already uses.

The next call doesn’t have to go to voicemail.

Book a thirty-minute demo. We point Vorel at one of your real numbers on the same call.
