These are the standard terms covering use of vorel.ai and the marketing pages here. The terms governing production use of the service, from uptime and audit access to indemnity and processing, live in the signed master service agreement, not on this page.
Use of this site
You may use this site to evaluate Vorel, request demos, and contact our team. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape at scale, or impersonate another person or organization.
Demo materials
Numbers, transcripts, customer names, and call audio referenced in our marketing pages are illustrative unless tied to a named, consenting customer. Real numbers and live pilots are shared under NDA on request.
Account and pilot terms
Production use is governed by the master service agreement executed before your first live call. Nothing on this marketing site overrides those terms. Pricing shown on the pricing calculator is directional and finalized in the order form.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" for evaluation. Vorel makes no warranty about the marketing site's availability. The service itself comes with the warranties spelled out in the master service agreement.
