Outbound voice AI

AI agents that place calls, appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups, parts-ready notifications, win-back outreach, rather than only answering inbound traffic.

Outbound voice AI is the symmetrical use case to AI receptionists. Instead of waiting for the phone to ring, the agent makes the call: confirming an appointment, following up on a missed visit, notifying a customer that the parts are in, reaching out to a lapsed customer.

The use cases are routine and high-volume, exactly the work an SME would otherwise pay a team to do, or skip entirely because the team does not have time. A useful agent handles the no-shows, parts-ready calls, and reminder traffic without needing a dedicated outbound team.

The regulatory layer is real. Outbound calling is subject to TCPA, DNC, and state-level rules; a serious vendor handles consent management and quiet-hours enforcement on the customer's behalf rather than leaving it to the SME to configure.

How Vorel does this

Vorel runs outbound voice campaigns, appointment reminders, parts-ready, win-back, under per-state TCPA-compliant defaults.

The next call doesn’t have to go to voicemail.
